LOST IN THE AMAZON

This is a fictional picture book, which I would love to make it into a reality, I have written it based on the amazing story of Juliene Koepcke, a German-Peruvian biologist who as a teenager of 17 years old was the sole survivor of a plane crash, not only did she survived the plane crash but managed to stay alive and kept on going for the next 11 days completely alone and by herself in the wild jungle of the Amazon rainforest.

Based on what happened to her, I decided to write a story that not only shows the will to continue to live, but also that the mighty Amazon jungle is not as dangerous as it is always portrayed in Hollywood, and animals can be your allies or even saviours, if you learn about Nature and the animal’s behaviours and know where and how to look.
